It's funny being "the boss" of people. Really being their boss, not just the de facto leader. I am loving the ability to "fight" for my team. To be able to make a difference in someone's career, to see them stoked at a challenge..... to make sure that no one fucks with them.
I really AM Wess Roberts' "Lone Wolf" and now, I have my pack.....
